Carlos Pizzeria Success Story

Pizzerías Carlos was born in 2009 in the midst of an economic recession with the motto “The pizza you remembered”, seeking to recover the essence of this star product. During these 13 years, the chain has grown continuously and currently has more than 75 restaurants spread throughout Spain. Pizzerías Carlos has established itself as a leading restaurant chain and is in an ambitious process of expansion both nationally and internationally. Currently, the company belongs to the Organized Restoration sector and has more than 1,800 employees.

The problem

In its unstoppable search for personnel, Pizzerías Carlos faces various challenges within the area of personnel selection:
